About the Company

Our client is a Swedish custom carpentry company that delivers tailored solutions for commercial environments. With in-house production, project management, and assembly, they create interior wholes with a focus on quality, function, and form. The work is characterized by variation, creativity, and a great responsibility for each carpenter's project. More information about the company will be provided during a phone interview.

About the Role

As a Carpenter, you will be a key person in realizing architects' and clients' visions in everything from exclusive restaurants to personal office environments. You will join a team where craftsmanship is combined with innovation, and where there is great freedom to find your own technical solutions. No two days are alike, and you will follow your projects all the way from drawing to reality. You will work in a modern carpentry workshop with access to advanced machinery and have the opportunity to grow within both CAD and CNC if interested.

More concretely, the position includes:

- Manufacturing of custom furnishings in solid wood, veneer, and MDF

- Independent work from cutting lists and drawings to finished products

- Collaboration with project managers to interpret drawings and identify technical solutions

- Possible participation in on-site assembly, primarily in Skåne, always in teams

About You

You are a person who loves the feeling of seeing something grow under your hands from drawing to finished furniture or interior detail. You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, and where creativity and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday life. For you, carpentry is not just about measuring and cutting correctly, but about understanding what the client wants and how you can make it possible.

With our client, you will thrive if you are self-driven, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. You don’t have to be the loudest in the room, but you enjoy collaborating, contributing to a positive atmosphere, and taking responsibility for both your work and the whole. Here, humility, professional pride, and the willingness to share knowledge are important parts of the culture.

The following are requirements for the position:

- 3-5 years of work experience in fine carpentry/furniture carpentry

- Experience working with solid wood, veneer, and MDF

- Good ability to read drawings

- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

- Driver's license B
